silver is a boring color for ANY car.
Once you buy one and realize what a money pit it is, you won’t be too worried about the color.
Learn to drive manual. It’s not that hard and standard transmissions last longer and get better mpg.
No, but I think silver cars fade faster
“Brigitte” is on the money.
I don’t think it is boring but invisible almost concrete paving color which make the car blend into the background.
Do you really want THAT ?
there are many graphics schemes availavilable at most auto /speed shops.
In the case of the New Beetle, the automatic transmissions do not last very long, so you may want to consider learning. Plus, Volkswagen’s manual transmissions are the easiest to learn on, they aren’t so sensitive. Driving manual is not like anything you see on tv or the movies, and after a couple of weeks, it’ll become second nature -but I digress. Believe me, avoid an automatic VW at all costs.
As for the color, yes, silver is a boring “color”. I would just think that if someone were to buy a car with such bold styling, it would only be fitting to have a fun color to go with it.
